Head of the "Armenia" opposition parliamentary faction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, former Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan, stated on November 24 at a hearing in the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on amendments to the current legislation of the country presented by the Hayaqve initiative.

The strategic mistakes of the Armenian authorities after the 44-day Azerbaijani  aggression against Artsakh in the fall of 2020 led to the territorial losses of the RA after the signing of the trilateral ceasefire declaration, reduced the Armenian factor to zero not only in the process of resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, but also in the course of three-vector meetings initiated by Moscow, Brussels and  Washington regarding relations with Azerbaijan. ArmInfo. In connection with the press statement made by the Russian Foreign Minister following the  trilateral talks with the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, which took place on 25 July 2023, we consider it necessary to state the following.
